Rental Assistance Eligibility

To qualify for housing assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Spend more than 30% of their income on housing.

Have an annual household income below the Household Income Limit (HIL).

Own assets valued at $25,000 or less (excluding essential items such as clothing, furnishings, and a primary vehicle.
