Project Details

In 2022, the board of directors of Grande Spirit Foundation added Grovedale to their list of major capital projects. The objective is to create accommodations for seniors. The foundation's administration will investigate different project options with the MD of Greenview, while also gathering input from the community to shape the project. They will also pursue various options for capital funding, land acquisition, operating agreements, and an operations budget model required to move the project forward.
